What you will need plain T-shirts , and the variety of colors and sizes you want ..
you want bto do it yourself..
you need a computer .. with Photoshop, or any photo design program..
Design your poster or whatever design you want ..
Then you need a printer for the poster or if you want to do T-shirt .. you will need specific kind of printers depending on the sizes and material you want to do..
For custom T-shirts, you have special kind of papers , printers, ink, etc….
Then you will need special machine (as an iron machine,press machine)..
This is what you need,, if you have the budget and you want to make it as a business..
If only for special occasion or just few t-shirts, and posters.. Simply go in your town for stores, or printers who can do it for you … and try to cut a deal with them’
